We use Nambu ironware pots made in Iwate Prefecture.Nambu ironware pots have good thermal conductivity and can cook rice to perfection.The rice pot dish, which uses rosy sea bass as the main ingredient, has an exquisite taste with the soft and juicy rosy sea bass meat and rice soaked in broth.We carefully prepare each and every pot after receiving your order, so please come and try it.
